Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve business problems, applying advanced analytical methods where required.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular planning and review of key performance metrics to help the business adapt and benefit from change.
- Identify appropriate metrics to track progress against defined business goals.
- Design, execute, and measure experiments to test and validate business hypotheses.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases through automation and self-service analytics platforms.
- Develop compelling, insight-driven business narratives that align with and support the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy by providing feedback and refining requirements related to instrumentation quality and completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1 year of core analytics experience.
- Experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Exposure to business intelligence (BI) platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression and classification.
