Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse all security incidents tagged by SVigil.
- Interpret scan results and associated data to assess the severity and potential impact of identified vulnerabilities and misconfigurations on both clients and vendors/subsidiaries.
- Generate detailed yet concise reports highlighting vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended remediation strategies, including the business impact of specific incidents.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in vendor risk management and supply chain security.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and handle all customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving any issues or problems they encounter.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Technical Expectations:

- Intermediate-level knowledge of networking, the internet, and related protocols.
- Intermediate knowledge of web application security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 and familiarity with penetration testing techniques.
