Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven decision-making, statistical methodologies, and strategic analytics to support business objectives.
- Apply analytics to consumer card marketing initiatives to help achieve business goals.
- Develop actionable, data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders, to design and implement analytical solutions.
- Leverage a strong background in data analytics along with exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills to provide insights and recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance, preferably combined with a master’s or other secondary professional qualification.
- 0–1 years of relevant analytics experience.
Functional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to drive results.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with programming languages/tools such as Hive, SQL, SAS, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
