Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and take ownership of reporting, ad-hoc projects, strategic initiatives, and analytics solutions with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Serve as a key liaison between business management, analytics teams, and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data, business, and analytics concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Drive process improvements and automation, and implement innovative solutions across business management and analytics functions.
- Oversee data management activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
- Independently develop and enhance Alteryx workflows, optimize SQL queries, and design intuitive data visualizations using Tableau, Qlik, and/or ThoughtSpot.
- Lead requirements gathering and detailed project planning, managing multiple business management and analytics projects while effectively prioritizing tasks and resources.
- Conduct thorough control testing and validation of analytics and business management solutions to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Lead business review processes, synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with P&A, A&R, IT teams, end-users, and business partners during solution design, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production migration.
- Identify, assess, and address risks and opportunities within business management and analytics processes.
- Draft and maintain procedures, communications, and meeting minutes, and organize or deliver training sessions for Bankers and business stakeholders as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Apply intermediate to advanced, hands-on experience with business intelligence and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, Python, and ThoughtSpot.
- Exhibit an intermediate understanding of planning and analysis, banking, product knowledge, data analytics, data modeling, and automation.
- Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and data visualizations.
- Manage projects using intermediate project management skills.
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with colleagues at all levels and across functions.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess prior experience in business management, control management, and/or project management (good to have).
- Organize and deliver training sessions for stakeholders (good to have).
- Demonstrate familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices within financial services (good to have).
- Maintain a positive attitude and consistently high performance on high-demand, time-sensitive initiatives (good to have).
