Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including monitoring and analyzing fluctuations.
- Support and comply with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) requirements within the Accounts Payable team for applicable templates, including participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
- Assist in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained.
- Enter invoice and payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and assist in reconciling vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are identified, accounted for, and resolved promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to apply prior experience and advanced skills effectively in day-to-day work.
- Open to candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Highly motivated and innovative in using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills that enhance professional interactions.
