Key Responsibilities:
Project and Data Management Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical scope of the project in alignment with requirements at all stages.
- Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, databases, data integration and modelling tools) and interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop and maintain record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base and develop a clear understanding of their requirements.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account review reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data processing workflows.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and data cleansing.
- Produce, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analysis and Reporting Responsibilities:
- Analyze data sets and provide meaningful, actionable information.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content and business requirements.
- Design and conduct surveys and analyze survey data based on customer specifications.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to the customer’s business and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics and reporting tools.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present findings to management using appropriate reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share data-driven insights with clients as per their requirements.
