Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews of client lists and transaction screening samples.
- Collaborate with GSO QAP partners to support and implement the quality assurance (QA) program.
- Complete quality reviews within defined timelines, service levels, and quality standards.
- Multitask across various screening functions to consistently meet weekly review quotas.
- Compile, analyze, and present data, findings, and scripts for stakeholder meetings.
- Document new processes and regularly update existing procedures to reflect changes.
- Identify business knowledge gaps within the team and help address them through guidance or training.
- Contribute to fostering a high-performance culture and support team empowerment in decision-making.
- Assist management with risk assessment activities and the design and implementation of controls.
- Recommend and help drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain audit readiness by ensuring accurate and timely document retention and record-keeping.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international payment processing operations.
- Hands-on experience with client list screening (CLS) and/or sanctions screening.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple sites and business units.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership for issues.
- Creative approach to resolving business and operational challenges.
- Client-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as required.
