Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, program, and test automation systems to support business and operational needs.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automation technologies to enhance productivity and drive cost savings across operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in production code to ensure stable and reliable system performance.
- Contribute to the creation and review of High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications, and other relevant technical documentation.
- Coordinate requirements gathering and obtain stakeholder sign-offs, ensuring that use cases accurately reflect business needs.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, support project planning, and provide leadership for automation implementation activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in automation using Python.
- Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools.
- Strong background in automation of applications, systems, or processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams and driving initiatives.
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies and practices.
- Working knowledge of databases and their usage in applications and automation.
- Programming knowledge in Python and/or Java.
- Experience with CLI and GUI-based tools, operations and maintenance (O&M), configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of software project management principles and practices.
- Exposure to or experience in the Telecom domain.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and scripting.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or concepts.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and applications.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for process optimization.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and IT service management practices.
