Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain data accurately and promptly in the relevant databases.
  • Research, source, and collect information from various sources, including company filings, amendments, press releases, and external news sources.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in line with company standards for the assigned product or market.
  • Apply basic knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in the relevant markets.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to the immediate manager.
  • Work independently within the defined area of responsibility, taking ownership of issues within one’s area of expertise.
  • Adhere to change control procedures, Content Operations standards, and current data policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Accountancy, or any finance-related discipline.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in using business communication channels such as phone and email.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clients requiring real-time data exchange.
  • Understand financial statements and effectively explain key insights to managers.

Core Skills:

  • Possess basic computer skills and the ability to conduct internet-based research.
  • Show willingness to take responsibility and ownership of assigned work tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in shifts (24/5) and during public or national holidays.
  • Stay self-motivated even when handling routine or repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.
