Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical experience in building impactful financial dashboards and visual reports.
- Develop an understanding of Cisco’s business operations and financial processes.
- Participate in the month-end close process and support related financial activities.
- Assist with the consolidation and preparation of statutory accounts.
- Build key skills in financial analysis, reporting, and data interpretation to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the overall success of the finance team through accurate and timely support.
- Complete a 12-month apprenticeship program that combines on-the-job learning with classroom-based training.
- Learn and work with modern reporting tools such as Power BI and FinBO.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated interest in finance and a strong desire to build a career in this field.
- Strong numeracy skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts or Finance with no active backlogs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills with a passion to learn, a “can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must have graduated in 2025 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
- Must be available for a 12-month apprenticeship period starting in January 2026.
