Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret legacy software requirements and test cases.
- Modernize and translate legacy requirements and test cases into contemporary software artifacts.
- Establish and maintain traceable relationships between requirements, test cases, and implementation.
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps and Polarion for tracking, documentation, and lifecycle management.
- Apply Python scripting to support automation and tooling activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper alignment and end-to-end traceability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and requirements management processes.
- Basic experience with Python scripting, automation, or any other scripting language.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and Polarion is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into engineering-focused roles.
- Basic understanding of OOPs (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts in a relevant programming language.
