Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end transactional and analytical activities, including reporting and analysis.
- Support stakeholders in Wuxi, Munich, and Singapore with budgeting and forecasting processes, outlook preparation, and monthly operating expense reporting and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities while maintaining full ownership and accountability.
- Drive automation initiatives within finance processes using AI and other automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with global regional teams through regular interactions, review discussions, transition calls, and preparation of process documentation (SOPs).
- Work morning shifts approximately 2–5 days per month to support stakeholders in the Singapore and Wuxi time zones.
- Perform additional ad-hoc finance activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, preferably with knowledge or experience in the manufacturing segment.
- ICWA (Cost Accountant) or MBA qualifications are desirable, especially with manufacturing-related experience.
Requirements:
- Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in Finance and FP&A activities; experience in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Macros (VBA); knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
- Show strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
- Be willing to work a morning shift (starting at 5 AM) for approximately 2–5 days per month during month-end close.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Have a basic understanding of AI and its potential applications within the Finance domain.
- Be a strong team player capable of collaborating to drive process efficiency through AI and automation.
- Possess an understanding of Finance ERP tools; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
