Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through in-app live chat, phone, and email support, ensuring customers feel confident and secure while using the platform’s features.
- Represent the company professionally and consistently across all online interactions.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure seamless service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (must be able to provide at least a provisional certificate).
- Minimum of 18 months of customer service experience.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly and in a customer-friendly manner.
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT skills.
