Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, tracking, coordinating, and interviewing candidates through to onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree; pursuing or completed MBA in HR is preferred.
- Source suitable profiles based on business requirements.
- Schedule interviews and brief candidates about the role and organization.
- Manage and drive the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support additional HR activities as needed.
