Key Responsibilities:
- Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends to provide actionable insights that support business planning, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analyses to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Translate data into consumer and customer behavioral insights to support targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Communicate analytical findings and insights clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, analytical tools, and technological capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to design, implement, monitor, and optimize decision strategies.
- Assess and manage risk during business decision-making, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Uphold the organization’s ethical standards by safeguarding the firm’s reputation, clients, and assets, and by transparently reporting and managing control issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification in a relevant field.
Skills:
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
