Key Responsibilities:
- Understand data flow from the source BAS to the IoT platform and analyze data-related issues such as inaccurate or unreliable data.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure timely and effective resolution, maintaining customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring each case is accurately and completely logged for future reference.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless support for customers.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer queries and provide insights for process improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and support professional development.
- Assist in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles to enhance overall service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B.Tech).
- 0–2 years of overall professional experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of IoT technologies, Python programming, Power BI for data visualization, Postman for API testing, thermodynamics principles, and HVAC system operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
