Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to successfully complete assignments and projects while enhancing learning and skill development.
- Work on internal projects aimed at delivering customer-focused outcomes and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to effectively complete assigned projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns to engage and network with global business leaders.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or any other STEM or business-related field.
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent academic standing as per the country’s grading system.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to relocate for the duration of the internship (location may vary).
- Legally authorized to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time-based restrictions, both now and in the future.
