Key Responsibilities:
- Collect operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Recommend strategies for future business developments, strategic opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative data analysis as required.
- Translate data findings into consumer or customer behavioral insights to support targeting and segmentation strategies, and effectively communicate these insights to business partners and senior leadership.
- Continuously improve analytical processes and business strategies by exploring and assessing new data sources, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, monitor, and refine decision-making strategies.
- Assess risks appropriately during business decision-making, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, while maintaining the highest ethical standards and transparency in conduct, reporting, and control management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification and experience.
Skills:
- Possess 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
