Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Ensure that all applications are developed in compliance with architectural standards, established methodologies, policies, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with business users, development teams, support staff, and infrastructure teams while maintaining clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
- Process Compliance: Demonstrate strong understanding of application development and deployment processes, along with proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Service Orientation: Take high-level directives and lead the development of comprehensive, end-to-end project plans in alignment with the organization’s project management framework and lifecycle processes.
- Database Knowledge: Apply advanced technical and database expertise, supported by excellent planning and execution skills, to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. A full-time MBA is preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills with the ability to analyze processes using both logical and creative approaches.
- Experience with Quantitative Tools: Basic knowledge of technologies such as Java, HTML, and .NET, with experience in working with Oracle or MS-SQL databases considered an added advantage.
- Documentation: Familiarity with documentation formats such as BRD, FRD, HLD, and DLD.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively and engage regularly with business, product, and functional teams.
