Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management: Lead a team of product experts to resolve complex customer technical issues by demonstrating strong leadership, driving accountability, and attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Response and Resolution: Manage customer relationships in the area of technical support and serve as an escalation point for support engineers to help remove obstacles and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Readiness: Ensure that team members possess the necessary technical skills and knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Product and Process Improvement: Promote understanding of the product feedback cycle within the team, participate in case triage meetings, and identify appropriate resources to implement automation or tooling improvements.
  • Business Integration: Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster effective collaboration across teams and departments, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management; or at least 5 years of equivalent professional experience in these areas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of people management experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including successfully passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Microsoft App Services, Azure DevOps Services or Server, Azure Monitoring, or related observability tools.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales environments.
  • Familiarity with using innovative technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), in practical applications.
  • Experience working effectively in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Possession of relevant Microsoft Technology Certifications.
