Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and reliable software solutions.
- Work within a feature team, leveraging extensive experience to develop complex software, scripts, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Deliver high-quality and critical software solutions that provide significant value to the business.
- Operate within permanent teams responsible for the complete software life cycle — from initial development and enhancement to maintenance, replacement, or decommissioning.
- Contribute to optimizing the overall software engineering capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Design, develop, test, and implement efficient, maintainable, and high-performing code.
- Participate actively across the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a strong background in software engineering, software design, and architecture, with an understanding of how your expertise contributes to customer solutions.
- Demonstrate experience in using development tools, testing tools, bug tracking systems, and collaborative platforms such as wikis.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages or experienced in working with low-code toolsets.
- Have hands-on experience with DevOps practices, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies along with their associated toolsets.
- Exhibit a proven ability to solve complex analytical and numerical problems effectively.
- Apply programming best practices with a focus on scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance.
