Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data extraction and diagnose financial drivers, leveraging analytics to provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and delivering insights to support strategic business initiatives.
- Contribute to the monthly review of expenses and capital for budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing variances through operational analytics and insights.
- Interpret and analyze financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain proficiency in its operations and business structure.
- Support business operations by closing financial books, analyzing variances and trends, and preparing forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial reporting standards, and maintain the integrity of internal and external reports.
- Apply foundational financial principles and proactively contribute to projects through research, data analysis, and regular progress updates.
- Support high-priority projects under guidance, maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and communicate findings through standardized reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent work experience demonstrating similar competence.
- Typically have 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related fields.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Proficient in automation and corporate finance processes.
- Skilled in data analysis, economics, and finance management.
- Experienced in financial analysis, modeling, and planning.
- Knowledgeable in financial services and statement preparation.
- Familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining internal controls.
- Proficient in investments and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Experienced in process improvement and P&L management.
- Competent in using SAP applications for financial operations.
- Skilled in variance analysis to assess financial performance.
