Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to design detailed functional specifications for payment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ACI MTS with the bank’s interface.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in the Payments domain.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ISO20022 standards, various payment scheme standards, SWIFT, and SEPA messages.
- Understand payment system requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for various payment methods.
- Prepare detailed test cases and corresponding test data to cover all possible payment scenarios.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document end-to-end payment workflows.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Provide production support by resolving payment-related failures and inconsistencies.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, specifications, and user guides.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
