Key Responsibilities:
- Support the MICT team at GE Healthcare by contributing to AI-driven projects focused on analyzing closed service records across various product configurations in the installed base.
- Develop and deploy AI models to extract and organize key information such as root causes, resolutions, and relevant keywords, facilitating a comprehensive and data-driven analysis of contributing factors.
- Ensure high accuracy and reliability of model outputs through techniques like auto-validation, minimizing hallucinations and reducing the need for manual verification across large-scale datasets.
- Design and implement robust data preprocessing pipelines to clean, normalize, and structure service record data for optimal model performance.
- Evaluate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4o for domain-specific root cause analysis (RCA) tasks.
- Design and integrate a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework to enhance model responses by leveraging historical records and technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with domain experts to validate model outputs, gather insights, and incorporate feedback for continuous model improvement.
- Explore and implement advanced model training strategies and introduce agent-based approaches when pre-trained LLMs do not meet performance expectations.
- Utilize cloud platforms and tools (e.g., AWS) and leverage Python for end-to-end model development, deployment, and performance optimization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing post-graduation (M.Tech or M.E.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science from a reputed institute.
- Good understanding of large-scale AI concepts, including generative AI models, large vision/language models, and agentic AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++, along with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG-based architectures, and frameworks utilizing vector databases.
- Familiarity with medical products, related service data, and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and design scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, deployment tools, and best practices for model deployment.
- Prior experience in AI-related projects is highly desirable; however, a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges is equally valued.
