Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various components such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and others.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Salesforce architecture, including multi-tenant architecture and metadata.
- Utilize point-and-click tools such as Flow to create automations without code, and design Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
- Understand REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external systems, and use tools like Postman for testing API calls.
- Gain knowledge of Visualforce pages and their role in custom UI development, along with familiarity in building applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Understand the Salesforce release cycle and change management processes, including the use of Sandboxes and change sets.
- Possess basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git for managing code repositories.
- Work with tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party integration tools like MuleSoft and Zapier for data and system integrations.
- Deliver technical outputs including detailed technical design documentation and contribute to overall project development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, learning, and efficient development and deployment practices.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to estimate solution development efforts, including technical planning, refinement, and dependency management.
- Work closely with cross-functional and product teams, internal and external technical experts, Architects, and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in driving the technical implementation of solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficient in utilizing Salesforce process automation tools to ensure solutions align with business requirements and expectations.
