Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, gather, and prepare business requirements effectively.
- Work under supervision with internal and external teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Elaborate on project details to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with Automation Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence Analysts to deliver project outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong technical writing, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent command over the English language, both written and verbal.
- Maintain flexibility with working hours, including the ability to work in UK or US shifts as per business requirements.
