Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the DA&I Technical Lead and business stakeholders to define 3–6-month priorities and ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
- Translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Python, and various data modeling platforms.
- Coordinate project resources and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
- Support Level 2 and Level 3 issue resolution in partnership with DA&I Engineers and contribute to the continuous enhancement of analytics solutions.
- Lead change management efforts by promoting data literacy, governance practices, and the adoption of analytics-driven decision-making across business domains.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience in multi-dimensional data modeling, including star schemas, facts, and dimensions.
- Strong understanding of system engineering principles, object-oriented design, and architecture standards.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, and data mining platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP CRM systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop compelling business cases.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with metadata management and data governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exposure to organizational change management, readiness assessment, and vendor coordination.
