Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Line Managers and the Business Manager (BM) to conduct weekly cost board meetings.
- Review all requests submitted to the cost board, ensuring proper commercial evaluation and supplier type classification.
- Oversee contract management and handle the commercial aspects of supplier agreements.
- Manage and assess supplier contracts to measure service credits and ensure adherence to defined KPIs.
- Review Statements of Work (SOW) and provide commercial as well as operational feedback.
- Apply business and technical expertise to support and enhance operational and financial efficiency.
- Review and monitor all third-party spend to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Establish and maintain communication channels across all organizational levels to ensure smooth and effective cost board operations for WPB.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager in preparing third-party demand plans.
- Lead the third-party risk management forum for WPB and ensure the COO approves contracts following due diligence.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies for all WPB IT suppliers.
- Conduct vendor governance and performance management forums for all strategic and high-critical vendors within WPB IT.
- Develop and manage third-party demand across WPB IT to align with business priorities.
- Create and maintain a contracts calendar, overseeing renewal processes for WPB IT agreements.
- Coordinate with the WPB Delivery organization and Architecture teams for effective third-party spend management.

- Proven experience in contract management and contract negotiation within IT/ITES organizations and the financial services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process analysis and improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, enhance existing processes, and develop new process frameworks.
- Effective decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound and timely judgments under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with business heads, senior managers, third-party consultants, and technical experts across departments.
