Key Responsibilities:
Existing DC Responsibilities:
- Report challenges or issues promptly to the Team Lead or Seniors.
- Communicate with the GFS team to track task completion status.
- Respond to DC-related queries concerning invoices, timesheets, or HR data.
- Ensure billing is completed on time in accordance with payment term agreements.
- Coordinate with the GFS team to confirm all invoices are processed within the payment terms and address any related issues.
New DC Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Assist Seniors in testing various scenarios in SDS during new DC onboarding.
- Document all challenges encountered during testing and report them to Seniors.
- Support DM reporting activities as assigned.
Reporting & Analysis (ADM):
- Assist Seniors in creating new reports for COOs and Business Lines based on their requirements, in coordination with the SPOC or Team Lead.
- Handle general business queries and ad-hoc requests efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, such as B.Com, BBA, or MBA.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance-related work.
- Strong numerical and commercial acumen with a dynamic and adaptable attitude.
- High sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in business accounting or financial controlling will be considered an added advantage.
