Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engineers to contribute to various projects.
- Provide constructive feedback on code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems operated by the team to meet user needs effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (to be completed by Summer 2026), or equivalent professional experience.
- Basic experience and familiarity with programming through coursework or side projects; proficiency in languages such as Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go is an advantage.
- Prior experience gained through internships or collaborative multi-person coding projects in academic or professional environments.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand unfamiliar systems through independent research, mentorship, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
Preferred Skills:
- Possess specialized expertise in one or more technical areas while maintaining a broad understanding of general software development concepts, such as frontend technologies and high-level service handling of HTTP requests.
- Experience with code review processes and a clear understanding of best practices for safely updating production systems.
- Familiarity with working in and managing large-scale codebases efficiently.
