Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders such as project managers and technical leads to understand and define user requirements for new features. Begin incorporating continuous feedback loops to measure and enhance customer value. - Design Contribution:
Participate in the design and architectural processes of product or solution features under the guidance of senior technical leaders. Assist in testing design hypotheses and refining code plans to support proposed solutions. - Technical Documentation:
Contribute to the development of design documents for simple designs or user stories with supervision. Assist in identifying the appropriate technologies and how they will interact within the system. - Coding and Development:
Develop and implement code for products, services, or features under guidance, reusing existing code where applicable. Write clean, extensible, and maintainable code while applying established coding patterns and best practices. - Code Quality and Maintainability:
Learn and apply principles of diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability. Understand when the code is ready for delivery and ensure it meets required standards. - Implementation and Task Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to review work items, gain insights into product features, and assist in breaking down work items into manageable tasks. Provide effort estimations and contribute to implementation planning. - Reliability and Support:
Participate in live service operations on a rotational, on-call basis. Identify and implement solutions or mitigations for issues affecting system performance or functionality. - Engineering Excellence:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, and performance. Promote consistency in monitoring and operations across systems at scale. - Culture and Values:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in coding using one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and design patterns.
- Solid foundation in software development concepts and related technical topics.
