Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze and structure complex business problems to recommend effective data visualization solutions.
- Utilize advanced Power BI functionalities to create analytical and insightful dashboards.
- Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical and process requirements.
- Create and manage custom visuals, groups, and advanced data representations in Power BI.
- Configure and manage Data Gateways for data refreshing and maintain the Content Pack Library.
- Write complex DAX expressions and advanced measures to support analytical requirements.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data management systems and data flows.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Power BI, contributing to data standardization and organization for business applications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and insights on project-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–3 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, up to date with the latest features, product capabilities, and UI design best practices.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in SQL, with proven ability to write efficient queries and derive meaningful business insights.
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and scripts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate for process automation and workflow integration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, MCA, or MBA.
- Experience in the complete Power BI lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of dashboards and reports.
- Exposure to other Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
