Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, extract, and enter high-quality financial data into designated work tools in accordance with defined guidelines and specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Develop a thorough understanding of datasets, workflows, and processes while maintaining strong proficiency in using relevant work tools.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets by delivering high-quality and accurate outcomes within established timelines.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing support to the team in improving workflows and departmental processes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails from colleagues and managers.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a strong aptitude for learning new tools, processes, and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates with a background in Commerce (BBA, BMS, or B.Com) or postgraduates with a PGDM/MBA specializing in Finance (passing year 2025 only).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements in a 24×5 environment, including night shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, including the interpretation of financial statements and annual reports.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively across different time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive abilities.
