Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize automated tools to extract data from both primary and secondary sources.
- Identify and remove corrupted data, resolve coding errors, and address related data integrity issues.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems by organizing and restructuring data into a readable and efficient format.
- Prepare management reports highlighting key trends, patterns, and predictions derived from relevant data.
- Create comprehensive analysis reports for stakeholders, explaining data analysis processes and enabling data-driven decision-making based on insights and trends.
- Support the data warehouse team in identifying, revising, and refining reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement robust automated dashboards to support performance management and monitoring.
- Analyze data to derive actionable business insights aimed at improving key performance metrics.
- Possess 1–2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduates from premier institutions are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess data requirements, validate hypotheses, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive, and Excel, along with the capability to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
- Ability to effectively engage, influence, and convince business stakeholders.
- Experience with web analytics platforms is an added advantage.
- Possess an experimental mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, MS Excel, and programming languages such as Python or R is essential.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and define acceptable, data-driven solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in analytical tools and platforms.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to create detailed analytical reports and deliver effective presentations.
