Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and manage incidents, problems, and service requests while ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and seeking guidance from senior team members when required.
- Utilize Confluence and Jira to document knowledge-sharing sessions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and methods of procedure (MOPs).
- Develop a thorough operational understanding of managed solutions and their associated data flow processes.
- Monitor system performance, analyze operational trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams—including development, operations, and end-users—to understand requirements and deliver technical support as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong conceptual understanding of performance management tools and application operations.
- Good knowledge of ITIL fundamentals and virtualization concepts.
- Proficient in Unix/Linux operating system commands, with additional skills in scripting and automation using Shell or Python considered an advantage.
- Collaborative team player with a strong ability to learn quickly and work independently with self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
