Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for Razorpay’s cross-border payment solutions by targeting export-oriented businesses, freelancers, SaaS companies, and service providers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to build a strong sales pipeline and customize offerings based on merchant requirements.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel, develop and nurture strong merchant relationships, and consistently achieve revenue and activation targets.
- Monitor competitor activities (such as PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer) and market trends to design and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and growth teams to improve the merchant onboarding process and overall customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or cross-border/export-oriented products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets, maintain pipeline health, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Possess a high-growth mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior exposure to international payment products and a strong professional network within the cross-border payments ecosystem.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory aspects related to cross-border payments.
