Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement algorithms to optimize demand and supply data.
- Conduct data analysis and build solutions based on insights derived from the data.
- Provide data-driven insights to management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze metrics, key performance indicators, and other data sources to identify root causes of process inefficiencies.
- Support business development initiatives by designing and implementing efficient solutions and processes.
- Assess and ensure the effective utilization of resources across operations.
- Research and implement strategies to identify and achieve cost reduction opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA) in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (mandatory); knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of basic statistical and probability concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
