Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client submissions of reinsurance contracts.
- Process client reinsurance accounts, including premiums, claims, and brokerage, while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Capture accurate claim information by reviewing claim advice and verifying contract documents and conditions.
- Ensure all financial transactions and payments comply with established processes, guidelines, quality management frameworks, and key controls.
- Monitor and facilitate the timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable) while maintaining accurate financial tracking for the team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and escalate issues to management or senior management as necessary.
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet agreed service and business performance standards.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve long-pending operational issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc or administrative tasks as required, consistent with the responsibilities of this role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, self-motivation, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Flexible with work timings and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
