Key Responsibilities:
- Extend Axiom solution coverage to accommodate new geographies, products, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Translate business objectives into well-defined business requirements and functional specifications.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes and create detailed playbooks to ensure scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing comprehensive test cases and validating test results.
- Provide support to global regulatory reporting teams by addressing queries related to EBA reporting, including CoRep and FinRep.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify potential risks and root causes, and escalate issues appropriately when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in using SQL for data analysis and report validation.
- Proficiency in working with Axiom for regulatory reporting and solution development.
- Experience in creating, modifying, and enabling new reporting flows for banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial products with a detailed understanding of trade and transaction life cycles, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to document business requirements and develop clear functional specifications.
- Experience in regulatory reporting, particularly within EBA reporting frameworks such as CoRep and FinRep.
- Demonstrated experience in performing user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing detailed test cases, and collaborating with developers and business users for smooth implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
