Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing ad-hoc decision support activities, analytics projects, and scenario-based analyses.
- Demonstrate creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail in solving complex business problems using data-driven insights.
- Complete end-to-end data analytics projects to develop customer strategies, drive sustainable revenue growth, increase market share, and identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Design, modify, and automate reports and dashboards, taking ownership of reporting frameworks and key performance metrics.
- Communicate analytical findings effectively to decision-makers through clear and insightful data visualizations using tools like TIBCO Spotfire.
- Perform statistical analyses, including customer loyalty and marketing promotion analytics, and build descriptive and predictive models using SQL, R, Python, or SAS.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Aviation, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a logical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Skilled in SQL querying and experienced in working with relational databases such as Teradata SQL Assistant, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle SQL Developer.
- Highly detail-oriented, thorough, and analytical, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Legally authorized to work in India for any employer without the need for sponsorship.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Successful completion of the interview process is required to meet job qualifications.
- Demonstrates reliability and punctuality, as consistent attendance is an essential function of the role.
