Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, facilitate, and execute the requirements management processes established for the ODIE programme.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of requirements management processes.
- Understand the Business Analysis (BA) organization and identify key parties and stakeholders relevant to DPF processes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to promote communication and mutual understanding.
- Proactively identify business needs and expectations across ODIE and relevant areas within the broader BA organization, and translate them into actionable items such as requirements, epics, user stories, and outcomes.
- Manage and communicate the full lifecycle of requirements, including prioritization and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure that requirements and related deliverables are of sufficient quality to support high-quality design, engineering, and testing activities that meet business expectations.
- Record, track, measure, audit, and manage all requirements and related concepts throughout the programme to ensure traceability and compliance.

- Hands-on experience working with a wide range of data platforms and solutions.
- Proven ability to understand, develop, and communicate technical requirements for data-driven solutions.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in complex and high-pressure environments.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with various data technologies and tools.
