Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate relevant technical knowledge to understand requirements effectively.
- Identify and propose solution strategies that enhance the design and functionality of interface features across one or more projects with minimal guidance.
- Apply standard programming practices using languages such as HTML, C++, and Java to develop code that meets website modification and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to pilot new technology capabilities and features that improve user experiences across e-commerce products.
- Analyze simple bugs and apply debugging tools to validate assumptions and resolve issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant software development experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Software Development for large-scale, mission-critical applications.
- Strong experience in n-tier web application development using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Proficiency with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build effective products.
- Proficient in Web Services/API development using SOAP or REST, with expertise in JSON and XML.
- Experience in UI/Web development using Angular or React, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS technologies.
- Skilled in version control and build tools such as Git/Stash, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Committed to delivering defect-free code within SLA, with a strong sense of accountability for quality and timeliness.
