Key Responsibilities:
- Explore AI technologies and contribute to building smart workflows and automated solutions to enhance efficiency and personalization in Voice AI operations.
- Conduct continuous problem discovery by listening to calls, gathering data, and extracting actionable insights to drive service improvements.
- Assist in designing and implementing audit frameworks and methodologies to evaluate the quality and performance of Voice AI and human interactions.
- Develop feedback loops that connect findings with operational performance to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to propose new ideas and improve Voice AI tools based on audit results and operational feedback.
- Gain exposure to emerging AI trends and practical Voice AI applications, building a strong foundation for career growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Recent graduate from NIT or a similar top-tier technical institute with 1–3 years of experience in operations or related fields.
- Strong interest in AI and its potential to transform Voice AI operations and business processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to design frameworks, conduct audits, and derive insights for process improvement.
- Energetic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Effective communicator with strong teamwork and idea-sharing skills.
