Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to support business decision-making.
- Query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover insights and drive data-based initiatives.
- Develop and automate data analysis workflows and models using programming languages such as Python or Alteryx.
- Assist in data engineering activities, including ETL processes, building data pipelines, and integrating data with tools like Alteryx.
- Automate repetitive tasks and business processes through scripting and workflow automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to AI/ML projects by supporting model development, implementation, and consulting on effective AI/ML solutions.
- Participate in data quality assessments, data lineage tracking, and metadata management to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools, such as Alteryx.
- Knowledge of distributed file systems, such as SharePoint or Shared Drive.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to drive innovation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Decision Science, Data Management, or a related field, with at least one year of experience.
- Experience working with technical concepts and collaborating with technical teams.
- Knowledge of PII, metadata, and other data management concepts.
- Prior experience in areas such as Data Governance, Estimation/Modeling Development, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk, Controls, or Audit.
