Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage multi-source dashboards that deliver actionable insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into clear, insightful, and visually compelling dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
  • Transform complex datasets into engaging stories and narratives that effectively communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure all visualizations follow best practices for data accuracy, user experience, and performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in analytics tools and techniques, and apply them to demonstrate or enhance business value.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or data visualization roles.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, with familiarity in designing different types of dashboards (e.g., executive, operational, support, data quality, performance, risk, behavioral, and personalized).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid understanding of SQL for querying and data preparation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams in a dynamic environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive project progress.
  • Active participation in the Tableau community and/or a strong Tableau Public portfolio is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and the lead-to-cash process is a plus.
