Key Responsibilities:
- Review submission requests thoroughly to validate them against referrals, and escalate cases outside established guidelines to the underwriting department for approval.
- Update client system data in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and defined guidelines.
- Ensure turnaround times and document quality consistently meet agreed service-level standards.
- Complete registration activities, update workflow systems, and send confirmations to designated stakeholders.
- Provide customer service support to underwriters, operations teams across countries, and other functions by researching and resolving issues using internal resources.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred.
- Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from multiple sources and systems.
- Strong judgment and capability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to meet accuracy and timeliness standards in work completion.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
