Key Responsibilities:
- Manage simple and moderately complex media projects associated with Media Services, either partially or fully.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide consulting support for commercial market setup.
- Conduct feasibility checks and perform cost calculations for projects.
- Set up projects in administration tools and maintain project master files.
- Prepare project briefs and define panel requirements.
- Consult on best project setup approaches to ensure optimal execution.
- Brief and supervise project managers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Perform quality checks, monitor implementation rates, and evaluate project ratings.
- Prepare reports, communicate updates with the commercial market, and resolve troubleshooting issues.
- Document errors, provide training to project managers, and optimize project setups.
- Manage IT-related projects under GMS.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance to freelancers.
- Plan and manage freelancer resources to ensure effective utilization.
- Support product management activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Good understanding of the sports business domain.
- Basic knowledge of project processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
