Key Responsibilities:
- Define, monitor, and report key management metrics to assess the overall health of operations programs.
- Manage a high-volume and complex reporting and dashboarding portfolio by applying strong project management discipline.
- Partner with senior leaders to advance business analysis and reporting initiatives, delivering insights in areas such as operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, and quality improvements.
- Define, design, and execute high-priority strategic initiatives with senior-level visibility.
- Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract meaningful insights from existing data.
- Build strong partnerships with business teams, IT application owners, and data management teams to align on continuous improvement roadmaps and support ongoing projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python programming.
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Qlik Sense or Tableau).
- Working knowledge of Jira and MS Office.
- Strong ability to understand business problems and processes and design data-driven solutions or methodologies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations, demonstrating strong ownership.
- Ability to design and implement repeatable, scalable data solutions for extraction, mining, modeling, and visualization.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed file systems, such as AWS Redshift and AWS Databricks, along with exposure to R programming.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus in Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, preferably (but not mandatory) in financial services or commercial banking.
