Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of multiple talent acquisition initiatives and actively participate in scheduling and coordinating steps of the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and maintain ongoing communication with potential candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks and projects as required.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player with a results-oriented approach.
- Utilize basic proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in daily tasks.
- Consistently follow documented procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
