Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as project managers and technical leads to gather and define user requirements.
- Lead discussions on product and solution architecture, and create architectural proposals by testing and validating design hypotheses.
- Lead by example within the team by producing extensible and maintainable code, utilizing debugging tools, and analyzing logs to validate assumptions.
- Respond to, resolve, and integrate customer feedback with agility and commitment.
- Take ownership of key components of the LLM platform, delivering end-to-end solutions in collaboration with product stakeholders and providing operational support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, with 1–3 years of technical engineering experience.
- Proficiency in coding with languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
- Strong background in distributed systems design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Agile development practices and CI/CD methodologies.
- Passion for Generative AI, LLMs, model training, model inference, and machine learning.
- Experience working on large-scale projects or applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, remote teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and solve complex, challenging problems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
